Okay So:
I've read all of Elementus. I'm also extremely familiar with RWBY. It's sad for me to say this, but someone has to as I see you are really trying (I mean, you have two chapters of a comic done, that takes patience).
You're borderline plagiarising RWBY. There are so many points in Elementus where I could've sworn someone just genderbent RWBY and made it into a manga. That's not a good thing. That's not what 'inspired by' means. Even the introduction of mana is damn near exact as the one for dust. The beginning fight scene. The school. The teams.
I suggest getting your story back to the drawing board and making it less of a blatant copy. It won't be easy, because clearly you like those elements of RWBY. But they're not yours. You have to make something for yourself that's not just character designs (even if one of them looks very much like Weiss). There are story planning resources online aplenty for this sort of thing - make use of them. Hell, if you want, I could show you a few (I was in the same boat once too a few years ago).
AS FOR THE ART. Can't say it's perfect. You're still learning. If you want to learn comics: look up Scott McCloud. He has a series of books about how to make comics - start with 'Understanding Comics'. It wil help greatly. I can't sugar coat this: learn anatomy. Learn expressions. Learn different angles and poses. THERE ARE SO MANY RESOURCES ONLINE. You're on deviantART, this place is more than just fanart of Sonic. It's riddled with how to draw bodies/heads/dogs/dragons/whatever you want.
artists.pixelovely.com/practic… This site is a figure and gesture drawing online class. Before you make everything cartoon and stylised, learn to draw realism at least to an extent. It will give you an understanding of how a human body works and how to translate it into a comic and make it look belivable. Don't get disheartened if you can't do it, with practise it will come. It's an old and worn-out saying but its true. No one starts off paining like Picasso.
